The TDR deadline
Within 30 calendar days after the last calendar day of the reporting month. Calendar days, not business days. Twelve times a year, including the months you sold nothing.

30 days after month end lands on a different day of the month each time — which is exactly why it is easy to miss. It is never simply "the 30th".
What being late costs
No fine. The clause does not carry one. What it carries is a contractual record: your Contracting Officer sees a missed obligation, and that feeds into option exercise and contract continuation. Through 31 December 2026 GSA is in a grace period on enforcement; from 1 January 2027 it is not.
The months people miss
- Months with no sales — still reportable.
- The month a contract is awarded, and the month it ends.
- December, because the due date falls at the end of January.
